The vet here knew what our little guy was going through we came here from another vet clinic that wasn't to concerned about our dog and the episodes he was having turns out he was having seizures that were quite debilitating for him and they were steadily getting worse so glad we came here thank you from the bottom of our hearts Max is our baby

Doctor Robinson and her staff have saved my kitten's life! They are so thorough with the exam to actually be able to give a diagnosis and full treatment schedule. They all care about your animal very much and their companion for healing shows.

I can't say enough good things about FRCC! The staff and volunteers are very friendly and the offering for classes are great, very varied and reasonable. The gardens are beautiful any time of year and the museum and other displays are very informative.

We have been lucky enough to have dozens of pets over the years across several states and many different veterinary experiences. Dr Robinson and her staff are at the top! To me their knowledge, care and compassion are unparalleled. It’s tough being a family pet doc and we observed some real jerk pet owners. When I waited for 6 hours at the ER to get stitches for a small yet bloody wound, I didn’t complain. We are used to that because it makes sense, other more serious folks are helped first regardless of my place in line. Be cool to our Veterinarians, they have a tough job and too many patients!

What can I say about this veterinarianand her staff? Well a lot. Absolutely amazing. Sweet, attentive, caring, professional, informative, funny, gosh so many words I could use. Even when I messed up something they assured me it was okay, and not act like I was an idiot. Now if they wanted to behind my back I'm fine with that🤣🤣🤣 Rate 1,000 if I could.

We've been to all of the vet's in the area and Erin is the best. She actually listens to you! She seems to not only know the book knowledge, but the practical aspects of veterinary medicine, too. Also she is very knowledgeable about bird dogs and their needs and traits. She's had the chance to "stick it to us" and instead explained why certain things we were asking about weren't necessary and doesn't do unnecessary procedures just to get more money. Staff has always been friendly and helpful and answered questions and been very good with our dog who can be a handful. Our dog also loves everyone there and actually loves going to the vet!

Been taking or dogs here for years. The lady time we had to put our dog down and the Vet and assistance were great and respectful and helped us cope with the decision to put our dog Cole down.

Love, love, love... this vet, and all the ladies there. Can not say enough GREAT things about everyone that works here. Will never go anywhere else. Dr. Robertson goes beyond and keeps you informed. Always great reminders for getting your fur babies in for health checks, vacation, ect.

My pug loved Dr. Robinson and her staff. Never had a long wait time. Unfortunately my pug had to be euthanized after almost a year and a half of meds due to a dermatology problem caused by bacteria. She explained the process and I had the choice to be there or not. I chose to be there and she gave me a lot of comfort afterwards. She and her staff have always been helpful and caring.

The veterinarian and staff were so compassionate and kind when we had to put down our dog. Thank you for helping us and my dog find peace.
